Important note for tax certificates!
The government has decided that there will be some changes for tax certificates from January 1, 2023.
- Both the national register number of the child and the national register number of the parent must be stated on the certificate. The new regulations ensure that a shelter organization has the right to have the national register numbers.
- Each organizer must provide tax certificates to the government (Belcotax). This means that the amounts paid will automatically appear on the tax return.
- What if parents do not add the national register numbers? You cannot provide a tax certificate to Belcotax without a national register number. These parents will find their tax certificate in the parent zone. They then add the tax certificate to the tax return themselves.
