How do members or participants receive their participation certificate? View the clear step-by-step plan for participants to download their certificate quickly and easily.

Step 1

Go to your club's booking page.
At the top right you will see the button ' My account ' where you can surf to.

Are you registering for the first time after a booking?
Then click on 'I don't have a password yet' at the bottom. Here you can create your account in 1 click.

Important: use the email address you used to make your booking. The system automatically merges all bookings made with the same email address under 1 account.

STEP 3

In the overview of your account, you will receive a list of your previously made bookings via the Webhero Bookings software at your club. View all details, download tickets or certificates,...

At the bottom you can also easily change the personal information of family members.

Click on 'View details' for the correct booking.
Is a certificate available? Then you can easily download it here via the button 'View certificate' .

Before you can download the certificate, you must first provide additional information for the correct processing of the certificate. Your club does not request this information in an earlier phase due to GDPR reasons.
